Scully
Musto.Got it cheap at Lowther Show because it was 'end of line' production and had no hood, many years ago.Have never been wet in it yet. Also have 15 year old Barbour wax jacket which is still waterproof and in one piece(though tatty)but if worn in rain you need leggings also as rain runs straight off it onto your legs!Country Covers do some excellent ventile jackets;expensive but you will only ever need one. Also have another Musto in realtree and the warmest and most waterproof jacket I've ever owned is a Laksen, but it has to be very cold before I can wear it. None of the above jackets are cheap, but if looked after will last you donkies years. There is no such thing as bad weather these days, just bad clothing. Get the best....once.
