foxbasher
Hi all. Any advice on the ns200, are they any good? Worth the money?. Thinking of splashing the cash on one to use on my .22 and .223. Steve
Dave-G
Spanking for the .22 (if you meant .22LR) but it seems to have reached it's best buy about 150 yards or so. If you are thinking of 223 ranges maybe not for you unless you can add both a longer lens for a bigger image on the screen and maybe a better IR source... or use the 223 at well under 200 yard ranges. I don't own one but have a mate who does and have seen it's potential from the perspective of someone who has something broadly similar. foxbasher
on the farms i shoot on, 200 yards is about my max as theres a lot of rough ground and small fields so range wise it dosnt sound too bad. any idea what the build quality is like?. cheers, steve
steve_b_wales
I own a NS200 and its an excellent bit of kit. With the right conditions, I can spot quarry (fox) at 250 yards. Rabbits can be spotted at 200 yards. In my opinion, this NV is very good, and well worth the money.
