walshie
I've decided to buy myself a Tikka T3 lite l/h in .223 Rem. I've seen they come in 2 possible twist rates. 1 in 8" or 1 in 12". Can someone please explain the difference? Thanks.
jam1e
I'm told that a 1-12 will taken a maximum of around 40 to 45 grain bullet. For the ego saddo's on here as i say "i'm told!" As Lanah said, it depends on your bullet choice.
Olliesims
1:12 twist will take 40-60g possibly 65g 1:8 everything else up, the 1:12 twist is your best bet if being used for foxing
