dogrun Posted November 24, 2012 Report Share Posted November 24, 2012 (edited) Up nice and early this morning to do a bit of duck flighting and woodcock shooting,there were a couple of ducks already on the ponds,so we got them off straight away,and as soon as we got ourselfs down there was a couple of ducks coming in teal first then a couple of mallard then some widgeon then we saw about 20 canada's coming but they turned off,ended up with 2 widgeon 5 mallard and 2 teal,then went up and had a cuppa,and a walk around for some woodcock and snipe,seen 6 woodcock and only managed to get one but not alot of snipe about i think there was abit to much water around,i think we were lucky to have had the ducks,with so much water,looking forward to next week now for abit more rough shooting,going to plonk myself down now with a jack of rough cider and watch us getting slamed by the all blacks now,cheers guys. 59- 12 Edited November 24, 2012 by dogrun Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
