They have been highly recommended to me, but I have not had the chance to visit. If you wish to travel further south there is Minsterley Ranges, Minsterley, Shropshire, though they have no high birds due to a problem with shot falling on a farmers field, so can only be recommended for the scenery in the area not the quality of the shooting.
