Cranfield
Has anyone ever made any cheeses ? Last Sunday I tried a homemade soft cheese, with cranberries in it. It was delicious, with a bit more bite than usual from a shop bought soft cheese. Is it that difficult/messy to make ?
MC
I left the milk out on the worktop over the weekend, that turned to cheese and certainly would have had more bite than shop bought stuff. As for doing it properly No sorry can't help.

mag-man
I saw one of the celeb chefs some time ago, make a quick cooking cheese where he mixed milk with lemon juice, he drained it through cloth and the curdled stuff he used.
