dibbz2000
Hi all. Ive just recieved my Logun Lamp I ordered over the weekend. Im shocked at how small it is! I was expecting somthing over twice the size!! I forked out £65 for it (with p&p). and I was wondering was it worth the money?! Im going to try it on the rats at potters CA site tonight and we'll see!! Any opinins on it??
Axe
It'll be fine for the rats but at the money I would have spent an extra £40 and got a lamp for life, the Deben Max Pro.
roblade
nowt wrong with the logun check out this auction, but i warn you it might make you feel sick: ebay auction logun lamp for the price they are a nice little lamp. not exactly a long range lamp. It was only the switch that really let the old PH smart lamps down, now they have the new gen2 silent switch they are a much better litttlle lamp. You wont be dissapointed with it ROB
dibbz2000
Used it last night, was out for over 2 hours and had full beam on no battery problems!! Had well over 40 rats with the Webley. Top lamp!! Reccomended!!
Axe
I'm glad it worked out ok for ya. Theres nothing worse than regretting a purchase.
SNAKEBITE
I have to admit that from what I have seen of the Logun lamps they are a little lacking. They might be alright for ratting but I would go for one decent lamp with a dimmer switch. I have a deben, it does everything well.

matthams
I have not long purchased 1 for my precarged logun solo. Used for the first time on a holiday to Wales. Well impressed. Can highly recommend 1.
luckytrigger
I used a logun for my airrifle shooting for around a year and although the lack of a dimmer switch and the lack of any means to alter the beam was a bit of a pain, it was adequate until i got around to buying a deben mini pro
fullbore
the logun lamp is exactly the same as a smart bicycle lamp 25 quid from your bike shop
SNAKEBITE
I have commented on this a couple of years ago. However the downside is fixing it to your gun and a lack of dimmer switch. As a stop gap it could work but a dedicated lamp is better in the long run IMHO.
Axe
A decent lamp is a much better investment.
