Hi Guys

 

Bagged my first woody yesterday, after reading that the legs arent really worth bothering with (correct me if thats wrong) I followed this vid to remove the breasts...

 

 

Tonight I followed this video on how to cook etc

 

 

and I'm pleased to say it was proper tastey! Tender, lean with an almost steak like flavour.

 

Well pleased with myself :)
