m6nut
If you have not already been to British Blades forum http://www.britishblades.com/forums/ , or evil bay sometimes have knife scales for sale. If you're feeling really brave then you can vist Brisa http://www.brisa.fi/start3.html and import the materials.
adbirdy
I can recommend the knife making kits on the Brisa website from Finland. If you search the site you can find the actual kits that you can buy from the site mentioned by Henry D, for a cheaper price including p +p !!! They arrive really quickly as well. Apart from the British Blade site you can also find useful tips on knife making on the Bushcraft forums. If you google Bushcraft forums it will come up for you, if you look under the 'edged tools' title you will find out all sorts of things about other tools you didnt even know existed!! tenbears10
I've used Brisa as well. Very helpful guy who runs the site and good prices for everything you might need.
