Guest jonrms
Well shot a phesant yesterday... Decided to shoot it because i have been dying to try it and experiance the joy.. from what I heard... Anyway After reading the how to guide on preparing a phesant.. I decided to not bother with ithe prep work.... and I brought it down to my butcher who is doing all the prep work for me free of charge!!!!!! I only did that because I would rather see how its done first..... and prefer hands on experiance..... Well The butcher said it will be ready for monday.... and He is asking If I get anymore phesants.. he will gladly pay/ take them off of me... lol!!!! funny that because theres a big sign that says order your phesants for xmas now.. lol!!! bigbeno
We had pheasant last weekend. Very tasty. My boys plucked it, I gutted it and the wife cooked it A true family meal. Tony
