Cranfield
Put "Fuds" in the Search box for this section and you will find plenty of good threads on this subject.
THE AD
I use them just as good as others but no bulk when carrying them.
86inch
I use them too - nice for "travelling light" and seem to pull them in just fine.
Nicholas Bottoms
I use 'plastishell' decoys as they slot together and are nice and light, I prefer these over FUD's as I find that the FUD's dont have a large enough profile from above but in the end I think its down to personal preference! Cosd
FUD's work very well and as good as any other decoys I've tried including shells, flocked shells, Silosocks and Pro Decoys. The only downside for me is the red stake they come with but having modified mine I now think they are an excellent decoy. Now extremely light and compact to carry and use. shootnfish
I like flocked shells you get a nice bit of movement as well with the spring sticks if there is a bit of a breeze, and as has been mentioned there is more to be seen of them from above. Bit cheaper too i think.
