bigman
Done a search but couldn't find the answer I'm looking for , Got myself a rotary an been playing with it in the garden , what I would like to know is do you have to fully extend the arms on it when using, is there a reason for it , And can a car battery charger on trickle charge be used to charge the battery ? Cheers
TIGHTCHOKE
Grant the arms make the circle bigger and so the flashes of the wing bars are seen more! A cheap charger for lead acid batteries will only be a tenner or so!
fenboy
Dont use a car charger it will fry the battery , use one that puts no more than around 25% of the battery capacity a hour , so if 12v 12 amp/hr charge at 3 amp/hr or less
