My springer bitch is now two and a half just about right age . The misses want's her to have a litter befor I get her spayed. Friend's of our's have a realy nice dog [good working line] problem being [apart from my spelling ] he is nearly 10 year's old is this to old? Guest AP1shooter
I have a springer dog 11 yrs old, last year he covered a mates bitch she had pups no problem, this year he has covered another friends bitch and my young bitch, and both have had pups, as Paul says "If there's grass on the wicket...it's time to play cricket..." " just make sure he does not cover every day. Regards Rich

new to the flock
Graham breed her on the 13th and 14th days as these are the days that she should stand and is the most fertile. It does not matter who travels to whom, as I have done it both ways successfully. Good Luck NTTF

Just make sure he/she stays the night, isnt drunk and doesnt slope off into the night with his/her wallet or purse....
