Nite Site Ns50 battery

you may be able to help.

i have just bought the ns50 and have read the posts re getting rid if the brick and getting one of those as recommended in posts.

but i was undecided if i should go for the 6800mah 0r the 1800amh so i contacted nite as they are going to sell one in April, so i asked them spec of it.

 

the reply was even more confusing they said The new lithium ion battery 11.1 volts 4800 milli amps or 4.8 amps.

 

the bit that worries me is that they said 11.1 volt and yet the supplied brick battery and charger are 12volt.

 

so should ok be getting the 12v 6800 or the 12v 1800?

too right it is steve, i was wondering why they said 11.1volt when the gear that came with it is 12volt

have a look at a site called t-mart see if they have anything you need.

You can get small batteries from Ebay, but make sure you buy the right ones. I think mick miller on here bought a good one, and it's small enough to strap onto your rifle stock. I bought one from China, for a few pounds, but it was useless. To be honest, I don't find the supplied battery to be heavy, and use it quite often.
