Lord Geordie
SWP will be about 190 - 200 bar Stick with what you have been told "190" There should be a rating on the gun it's self bit all the PCP I know are 200 bar MAX.

retromlc
why s the power lower with more pressure in it?
lineshooter
I traded my .177 Scorpion against an R10, but I used to fill to 190bar and got around 70 shots from it before it needed topping up.

craig hill
why s the power lower with more pressure in it? No idea, they have a sweetspot and the scorpion liked it lower, maybe it was just mine, sure helped me though, worth doing if you have an hour spare
Lord Geordie
why s the power lower with more pressure in it?Because there is more.pressure pushing on the valve sealing the valve seat. Less pressure makes it easier for.the hammer to open the valve. You could increase the hammer weight or insert a stronger spring but when the pressure drops you will most likely end up with the gun being way over the legal limit. Just because the data says its safe working pressure is 200bar or more, don't mean you have to go that far. My Titan says 200bar but I put in 170. The same with my Career 707. As said stick with what you have been told. I wouldn't go to 230+ bar as the sweet spot will be lower than that, but thats just me.
