Have a look through the reports: http://www.worldseafishing.com/forums/east-coast-catch-reports-advice/ You really have to use good quality peeler crab for these fish, if you are that way inclined contact Dean at the local tackle shop at West Runton : http://www.ritegear.co.uk/ Bass in the 4-5lb bracket are coming out regularly if you are lucky enough to drop on them. The tides are about 8pm in the evening, fish in to darkness and your chances of a good fish will improve a lot. Good luck and tight lines. fenboy Posted June 4, 2013 Report Share Posted June 4, 2013 Yes as whitebridges has said some nice smoothounds being caught along with mainly school bass with the odd better fish , also still a odd codling and the ever present dabs. Best bait for the hounds will be fresh peeler Bass will also be on peeler with fresh lug a good bait too, though crab activity will be high and you will need to rebait regular.
