TomV
I've been given a few boxes of cartridges, they look fairly old. I would say approx a good few years.Cant find a date on the boxes. Are they ok to use?

henry d
As long as they have been stored well they will be OK. I have some cartridges that are much older than that and were stored in a gun room and they go bang and either hit or miss, much like my modern carts. al4x
yup as said you won't know till you try them but usually its fine, if they get damp they can get dirty obviously if any don't fire take the usual precautions to ensure your safety
