wildfowler.250
Could do with suggestions. I'm mainly set on reloading the 10g with lead but could also do with a book to reload steel for the shore. Anything that covers basic cartridge reloading to advanced stuff. I'm pretty much looking to reload a 20z lead load for flighting geese inland. I've heard Lyman 5th is good? On a side note, has anyone tried the gamebore rhino stuff? I'm up in the highlands so haven't managed to get my hands on any yet but it sounds ideal. Thanks in advance!

saddler
As above, the Lyman 5th Edition is good, as is the book by Rick Sapp Don't overlook the earlier versions of the Lyman book though as they do appear 2nd-hand quite often GunDigest have a shotshell reloading manual out next month - hope it is better than their volume on the Remington 870 - no idea yet what it will be like as the firm are nothing like the quality they were a couple of decades back There is a good shotshell loading hardback book by Hodgdon Powder - well worth looking for a copy MOST powder makers will produce some info in their little pamphlets that will have load data. I also have some of the older books by the shotshell press makers, such as Pacific...and a few smaller pamphlet sized ones from a range of makers/suppliers/ammo companies A shotshell loading book to avoid is the RCBS one (or others by the same author - Kenneth Couger - I have a 2nd one of his, co-written with Richard Henderson)
