crieffy Posted December 1, 2006 Report Share Posted December 1, 2006 You can cut a bit off the follower on a 17hmr mag to hold 6 or 7 rounds. I've done all mine for 6 and they're still reliable - not tried 7 yet. I also cut one mag down so it's a flush fit and still holds 5 rounds.
