jay222
Been out a couple of times in the last few days with my mate mike. The first picture is some rabbits taken off the local golf course all off sticks ranges between about 20yrds out to just over 100yrds. Rifle is cz 452 varmint in hmr Second pic is a few rabbits taken by mike today only went out to zero his .243 really so i took my .223 to spot for him. you can see one behind the rifle and one just in front these were both about 145yrds. Rifle is a steyr ssg69 in .243 I shot two magpies one after the other today too at about 150yrds you can see one by the rifle one just through the wire. Rifle is a cam in .223 Edited July 4, 2013 by jay222

channa
Nice shooting pal... Do you have to have it conditioned on your licence to shoot ground game and vermin with a center fire?

jay222
You should ask for a change of conditions to include vermin or better still any lawful quarry

mikethall
The backstop is perfectly fine from where the shot was taken. The picture makes it look higher up the bank than it was
magman
always taught if you can see cloud in your scope it's not a safe shot but you must no the ground better than me
jay222
I saw the shot taken, there was plenty of bank above the target and cloud wouldn't have been visible in his scope
