well,for those who have been following my previous post on this gun,ive finished,well done all I can anyway,stripped the stock,stained,oiled,oiled again and again,and today after making sure it was completely dry I applied a covering of gunstock wax,and im very happy with the end result,ive taken my time with this process,after the initial purchase price of a meagre £175,i reckon its worth maybe double that now, ,so heres a couple of pics of it before and after
