njc110381
I've heard quite the opposite. Never used one, but thought of buying one until I read all the reviews. It's expensive for what it is and the amount of negative comments I read when researching it put me right off! You can get a Howa with the optional 10 round magazine kit, then shortened and threaded for less money. The only time that wouldn't work is if you need the open sights? njc110381
Pretty much the same rifle I think? That could easily work. My .338 is a Ruger and although it shoots fairly well it's very cheaply engineered.
Cannon
I use a Ruger Gunsite Scout. The bolt gets easier to manipulate over time, and I have never had a problem with accuracy. Currently running it with a Leupold IER Scope, which makes shooting it very enjoyable. The iron sights are also pretty decent, of which the rear is fully adjustable for windage and elevation. Overall quite pleased with this rifle.
