Pinkella
I wasn't sure where to put this, I'm still finding my way round. Out of interest for those of you using fox bait traps, what's your preference on the design? Do you prefer a guillotine door or pull down door and do you prefer a pull down bait as opposed to the treadle plate reaction? Thanks in advance
walshie
I prefer the pull down door and treadle plate. although the treadle plates can make an awful noise once the fox is in there banging around for a couple of hours. Pinkella
22 in 3 months is not bad at all! Did you set them free?
B725
Yup opened the doors but they did not want to run off it may have somthing to do with the 4.10,we have also caught 2 buzzards which did fly off.
Taffyshooter
+1 pull down door far the best ! Another vote here - between trapping and lamping we've done in near 2 dozen this year.
