-Mongrel-
Sent an email yesterday with no response so just sent another. My flapper stopped errr....flapping! It was bought in April and has been used a few times as per instructions (ie break wings before mounting) but I've heard a bit of a scare story where an acquaintance returned a flapper and was told it was burned out due to wings not being broken and therefore wasn't under warranty? -Mongrel-
Conclusion. I returned the said flapper on Monday, the replacement turned up yesterday, no quibbling, no questions, replaced and fast. I really can't ask for more than that and once the initial enquiry was replied to, every email was answered the same day. Spot on, well done UKSW and thank you.
