Anyone had any dealing with UKSW returns?

Sent an email yesterday with no response so just sent another. My flapper stopped errr....flapping!

 

It was bought in April and has been used a few times as per instructions (ie break wings before mounting) but I've heard a bit of a scare story where an acquaintance returned a flapper and was told it was burned out due to wings not being broken and therefore wasn't under warranty?

I had an issue with one of there "Monster holdall's" I just rang them up a young lady requested I return the broken holdall, duly done and a new one was recieved virtually by return post.

Conclusion.

 

I returned the said flapper on Monday, the replacement turned up yesterday, no quibbling, no questions, replaced and fast. I really can't ask for more than that and once the initial enquiry was replied to, every email was answered the same day.

 

Spot on, well done UKSW and thank you.
