Had about four hours riding round lamping this morning in the early hours.Surprised at how little there was about on the fields. Some fields never had anything on at all and a lot were showing signs of being ready to be cultivated. The farmers certainly seem to be in a rush to get other crops planted this year just days after harvesting a field.Had one field of barley cut last week and the field was diced and sown with rape seed the next day.

Ended up with a mixture of 13 in total but two had to be left as they were gut shot and were not worth keeping.

Poor photo but could not get flash on phone to work.
