rtaylor
It's time to renew my shotgun certificate and as I should have done it when I applied for my firearms I'm going to go for the coterminous certificate. Now I haven't done one before and typically the form is pretty misleading. On my shotgun form it says under 21b notes: " A conterminous shot gun certificate is one which will expire on the same date as the holder's firearms certificate. The fee may be less... blah blah. If you already hold a firearms certificate and you want your shot gun certificate to expire on the same day you should fill in this form only." Now I was under the impressions I needed to fill in a shotgun renewal for AND a firearms renewal, including 2 countersignatures, 4 photos (one signed by each coutersignature and two signed by me). However that last bit of the note says I only need to fill in the shotgun form. Can anyone shed any light on this for me? Cheers
