foxbasher
dont mind spending that sort of money, cheaper than buying bismouth over steel
kent
Depends many send them out for doing. I went direct and paid £28 for the both total in my ten (said it might cost more if it took a long time to set up ). Cant help in your area sorry. Whatever the cost its well worth it to get a proper job
foxbasher
i took it in to our local gunshop and had the chokes measured a year ot two back. if i remember correctly it came back as 1/2 and full so i think only the one needs doing. will it have to be sent off to be proofed afterwards?. mudpatten
Reproofing is not neccessary after simply boring out the chokes. All they do is to use a reamer and then polish the area that has been worked. If you can`t find a proper gunsmith locally a decent engineer should be able to do it for a few quid.
