mad1
Hi all I'm after tidying up the front of my basic interior on my 110 question is paddock do a soundproofing kit and also a carpet set for them ?? Has anyone used them and if so do you soundproof it first then carpet over top or just carpet ? Is it a case of either or ?? I know it's not going to quieten it down but it's to make it more user friendly so to speak ?!?!? Cheers m1
ditchman
proper soundproofing material is effin expensive....if you are going to make a job of it you need to do the roof - doors bonnett etc....that really make a difference...the basic soundproofing from landrover is ok not too expensive...but not as good as the real deal..........google soundproofing vehicles and you will see what you need to do to make a difference
landy george
Why soundproof it. The water that comes in through the doors has no where to escape now. I had rubber mats in mine for a few months & the footwells started to rust, took them out & it stopped.
