That grouping looks too good to be true. Did you make the hole with a burnt stick?

I do envy all of you chaps who are into your fox and deer shooting. It is a passion with you. I gave it up a long time ago and never got back into it.

thats a good idea that mr dog, mite try it then i can show a one holler :whistling: so you used to be a fox man, what happened may i ask,if i be truth full my weakness is i feel sorry for them now before pull the trigger as i got to friendly with a litter of cubs 3 years ago....dosn't stop me doing it just makes me think some times thats all..

I gave up my rifles when I moved south into fox hunting country. I am a member of two of the local hunts and it wouldn't be right to be shooting foxes would it?

I am all for protecting wildlife from foxes and I would never decry anyone who shoots them but that is not me anymore.

The same goes for deer stalking. I have shot a decent number of red deer and roe but I have lost the interest now.

ye fair play, i know where your coming from to be honest, i do believe i could stop it one day just for the last 20 plus years were i live ive been known as the local fox controller realy and its just some thing i have always done,i almost stop completely now when there cubbing as thats bad news in my eyes, just some of my sheep farming mates do get hagged that time of the year the most so i have to get into action or they just get some one else, also the shoot i have started has to be looked after as well, so i try my best to be discrete about the way i control them ,cheers simon
