Cockermax
I'm taking that it's a Discovery TD5. I will try & give an explanation of where they are, see if it makes sense. The drain holes are at side left & right at the front of the sunroof on a Discovery. If you wind the sunroof back and look inside at the front drip tray with a torch there is a solid plastic pipe either side which is part of the drip tray, coming off this is a flexible plastic pipe which I think goes down each of your front pillars coming out at the bottom sill behind your front wheels. The other way to get to them is to remove your front headlining and they then can be clearly seen. Get yourself on one of the Landrover Forums there will be a load of stuff on there about leaking discovery sunroofs, it's a common problem and although sometimes it can be blocked drain holes it's more likely to be the sunroof seal or failed sealant around the sunroof itself. Hope this makes sense.

wickedwickedmotox
they exit either side of the gear box, its also very common for the windscreen seal to leak as well

gixxerboy
I thought my sunroof's were leaking on mine as I was getting water in the headlining at both front corners so sealed them up. Still water getting in and eventually traced it to the windscreen seal at the front of the roof. Bead of tiger seal behind it. Sorted. Royboy
I've just finished my father in laws discovery2 . It was leaking from the front N/S roof lining so presumed it was the sunroof gutters , dropped the front head lining but they was fine ! So last week I removed to full headliner and it ended up being the O/S rear roof bar seal !! Sorted now but what a nightmare they are !
