Gun Watch
simson suhl simsom suhl spezial-laufstah £400 12 gauge Shotgun Private Seller Used - Excellent Condition stranraer, Dumfries and Galloway Over and Under, Skeet, Skeet, 28" barrels Description i am selling my lovely "simsom suhl spezial-laufstahl" 12 o/u shotgun i got this for skeat shooting but to be honest i am not good at the skeat . i like down the line better, i only have good sight in one eye so can not see the clays to well from side to side . about the gun i think it was made in the 90s . it has 28 inch barrels LOP 14 1/2 inch both barrels are skeat 3inch cartridges max fit it has a vents forend also has a place to fit a rear sight. it is auto eject. i believe these guns were also use for wild bore shooting hence the same dia barrels and the location for a rear sight . i have spent the last few months doing the stock it looks amazing i like the oiled stock better than varnish there is no marks on the stock the bluing is very good .if you wish to know anymore please ask i would prefer face to face then you can see how nice the gun is it is very tight dont think it has been used alot these shotguns seem very collectable in the states see link. http://www.gunauction.com/search/dis...temnum=4528501 This gun is being sold by Pigeon Watch member johnphilip. Gordon R
I note that you believe it was made in the 1990s. How can you tell when it was made? Are there any marks on the gun to indicate it's age?
wraivi
Thought these were all the rage before the wall came down - West German made. Should be a well built gun. Very nice. Good luck with your sale.
