BlaserF3
Most Beretta's that I've shot tend to wallop me on the cheek, I came to the conclusion that it's just due to the angle of the comb on Berreta stocks. The easiest solution is to have an adjustable comb fitted then set it up to be a parallel comb.
Gunman
Why waste cash on that when a simple alteration will often do the job ? Your money your choice , but not a choice I would recommend to any customer of mine unless it was absolutely necessary . As I have been doing gun fitting and stock alterations for many years , I think I do have some insight into this subject . I my experience 60% of problems are with mount , stance and gun control . It is also my experience that there is no one solution and each individual must be treated as a separate case .
BlaserF3
The cheapest way is to take a plane to the comb to remove the piece of wood which is causing the problem, and I have done this to new Beretta's before now.
Underdog
Usually face battering takes place when the shooters face is off the stock and the gun gains momentum and whacks you in the chops. U.
