12borejimbo
I want a lightweight but powerful lamp to use on my own on top of a centre fire rifle, rim fire and an fac air rifle for rabbit shooting at 50/60yards and foxing at normal ranges. I've had a quick look online but what can people recommend? I've got a light force 240 which we only use on a 12v when doing serious lamping in the truck and Ive got a clulite sl2 but the battery is shot. Should I get a lithium battery pack and use the clulite or buy a new lamp kit?

steve_b_wales
Take a look at this torch from Clulite. http://clulite.cluson.co.uk/led-gun-lights/364-super-bright-rechargeable-led-gun-light.html It's only small but very powerful. I have one and have seen objects up to 200+ yards. It would be perfect for rabbits/rats and also for foxes at around 100 yards. You can also buy a filter set for it. Edit: I did'nt read all the posts, so was unaware that you had bought one. But I'll leave my post on for anyone else who's interested.
