monkeyjaimz
Now then chief, i had some lagun penetrator in .22 included in a sample pack from pellpax, they were very good actually. I shot 8 out of the 10 pellets in the pack and they grouped together very well at 30yrds. Thats using a 12ftlb rifle mind. I havent used them other than that, but i put an order in for some just this morning. hope that helps.
SNAKEBITE
I have no experience of these pellets but I have heard that they are a heavy pellet and more suited to FAC as the trajectory can be a bit loopy. Hope this helps.
Lord Geordie
Had them in .22 and they performed very well i was actually impressed. I used them in the Stealth in the Logun S-16 AND in the Alros Trailsman and they performed well in all guns with good grouping and dropping the bunnies with ease. Theskyfox
Hi, Yes I use them in both my guns when out hunting. The accuracy on them is good and they hit damn hard. I use them in both 22 and 177 and have no problems with either, I tend to stick to the 16grain ones in 22 and I think the 177 only have one size anyway? But back to the point...Yes, Good pellets! -Andrew
The Shootist
They can be a bit barrel fussy the .22's seem to suit less guns than the .177's. In the right gun they group well if a bit heavy / loopy at 12 ft lb. Tony
Cyber
Has anyone tried these in .177 in the Daystate magazines?? I know that the magazines are a little pellet fussy and i don't want to go out and buy a pack just to find that they don't line up correctly in my daystate. My friend uses them in .22 and they do hit damn hard!! they seem to group quite well aswell. Dying to try them in .177.
Lord Geordie
I heard stories about them being a tad too long for SOME magazines but having never had a prob with mine i can't pass comment on it? LG
Cyber
Is there anywhere you can get a sample? I just don't want to go and spend all that cash on some pellets just for them to go to waste if they don't work through my mag. Thanks. monkeyjaimz
Yes you can, i got a packet of ten pellets when i bought a sample pack from pellpax. I went on to order a box of penatrators after trying them all out. Penetrators are a bit pricey compared to other pellets, but well worth the money in my opinion.
