steve_b_wales
A question to those who own the above. A very good friend of mine from the USA is interested in buying a Photon, possibly two. He has asked me to enquire about battery life, especially in cold weather. I know we don't get the winters that he gets, together with the sub zero temperature. Can the Photon be used via a bigger battery?

telf
it has been said elsewhere that some photons dont like the cold weather, although i havent suffered this myself with mine, but he will want the modifications that make the photon a cracking piece of kit for the price

His winter out there (W. Virginia) will average -15 soon.
