Davyo Posted February 23, 2014 Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 (edited) No having any success with rotary,(poss just me as get to impatiant and spend all day moving it around or just taking it in)so looking to poss get rid and try buying a couple of flappers.Can I ask what people's opinions are? fenboy Posted February 23, 2014 Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 Yes persevere , they dont work all the time I qwill occasionally bring one in , but on their day they will still pull pigeon like you would not believe . As a basic rule what ever decoy pattern you use you want the magnet to be the last thing an approaching pigeon gets to, I usually have mine closer to the hide than the decoys the only exception being if birds are mainly coming from behind and I am against a decent hedge etc in which case I will put it the other side of the decoys.
