It is not first come first served but who suits the best.

All current members ages range 20's to mid 60's.

The walking is quiet demanding so you must be physically fit and be up for work. This is a social syndicate.

This vacancy has come available after our meeting tonight at which we agreed to release extra birds. No one has left the syndicate for 2 years, 3/4 have been in since it started 7 seasons ago, I have shot over the land for nearly 20 years.

Shoot just between Alnwick and Morpeth in Northumberland.
£365 (this season) per year paid in Feb.
Shoot 10 x saturday.
200 duck and 650 pheasant to be released this year.
16 members 2 x teams(stay the same all season), walk one stand one, pegs drawn and teams swap over drives every week.
Pigeon / crow shooting anytime.

I do all keeping (covered by other members when I am on holiday), but 4-5 work days & 1 feeder fill per season (anytime the month you are assigned).
Full break down of money spent (to the last penny) given at the end of the season.
We all muck in for 11's - port / pork pies / scotch eggs etc.
Insurance cover is essential.
Shoot and work dates agreed tonight for the next year.

We agreed that dogs are an important factor when choosing the new member, although the right person is the most important.
No tyre kickers please, only genuine interest.

I can supply you with names (members on PW) via PM to verify any of the above.
