Description

Olin- Kodensha Co. Ltd Winchester 101 O/U Trap 12ga. Ser.# 61267.

In 1962 Olin/Winchester of New Haven, CT formed a joint venture with the Kodensha Co. Ltd to produce the Winchester Model 101 O/U. This Venture was known as the Olin- Kodensha Co. Ltd.

30" VR barrels full/full choked , 2-3/4" chambers, boxlock action, engraved receiver, chequered American walnut pistol grip stock. MFG. 1963-87.

This ones in good condition, metal has a few handing marks and light blueing in parts, overall a nice specimen

This gun would appear to be an early 1963 model when production started going off the serial number 61267. I would also consider P/X or swap for gun more suited to wildfowling

£300.00 has to make this a good buy for those looking for a Winchester 101

This mod 101 is a "Magnum Field" model and could be had in full/full or full/mod choking...

You can tell it is a field gun and not a trap by the field woodwork , hard butt pad (trap had a ventilated red rubber pad )

and the holes for the sling swivels half way down the barrels...

Just what I was looking for , unfortunately now gone...lovely old classic...
