Farmer was told to improve lighting because anyone roaming at night in the yard faced several trip hazards and if they hurt themselves he could be deemed responsible Am sure others know of similar situations....... you cant make it up The 'punishment' isn't great but it sounds like they're offering the farmer some friendly advice.
