smilersmiff
Hello all, I am thinking about starting to load my own cartridges mainly for clay shooting. I am not doing it for financial reasons but more of a hobby. Could somebody please tell me exactly what equipment I require, how much roughly it will cost and the best place to purchase it from. I dont want to be making thousands just enough to keep me going on the clays maybe 250 a month.

smilersmiff
Is the lee load 2 a complete loading system or would I have to buy anything else?
super sharp shooter
There are a few machines that you could use for reloading. A lee load all would be your cheapest option starting at around £60 for the machine. Then you need some data that you work from. This will give you a list of components that you need to produce the cartridge. The problem is getting powders and primers sent via post as this costs about £30 per order for p&p. clay and game and Folkestone Engineering Supplies are good for data and components.
