Silver Pig left hand opening?

Knowledgeable folks of PW world, is it possible to convert the top lever on a SP1 to be left hand opening?

My wife has a left handed SP1 (bought new in 2013), but the top lever is the same as on a RH gun, seems daft to me.

EDIT: Posted this in the wrong section, stupid boy!!

In short no it can't with out throwing a lot of time and money at it.

Thanks WW, I suspected that was the case.

I would only change it if she is having severe difficulties with loading unloading, im a left handed shot and I dont think it will be much of a problem.

Question how long has your wife been shooting

It isn't a severe problem, just curious if it could be done.

Thanks all who contributed.

My first shotgun was a 687 Silver Pigeon and that that a left-hand opening.

I got it from Avalon Guns in Somerset who had quite a selection of left-handed guns, might be worth contacting them to if they know?

But I am lead to believe that Blaser are one of the few that offer a true left handed gun as in left handed wood and top opening as standard.
