A/V mode Exposure 1/160 sec F/ 6.3 ISO 400 Evaluate Metering W/B Cloudy Single shot. Move your focus point for composition Word of note in A/V mode the exposure will alter with the light.. Their are a few other tips and tricks but really need to be with you to show you/explain. Kit used was a Canon 1D Mark IV and Sigma 500 prime lens. Hope that helps and PM how you get on..
