la bala
Sitting in the truck this afternoon, i had just lazered and dropped a young rabbit at 110yds, i thought i will just sit and have a can of coke before i walk and fetch it, 2 seconds later mr magpie comes for a peck. The scope was still set for 110yds, so one peck was all he had, another one out the way.
lakeside1000
An opportunity not to be missed, I often lay out a carcass but the magpies seem to have second sight, get the odd crow but cant seem to get the magpies to land.
Sha Bu Le
Took a silly furry scarf wife was given, formed it into a small furry animal shape held together with string. Placed it in a prominent position where maggies pass regularly then took some out of date mince meat. Squashed it into the ground some ketchup for blood, 3 days later got diddley squat but could have had 5 cats that kept stealing the mince meat. Edit = typo Edited June 4, 2014 by Sha Bu Le
