kent
You can make your own foam deeks from camping mat or similar
bobshooting
Its not the Decoys that make the walk out a trial, it's the stuffing weights and I know of no way around that on a tidal marsh, unless you want to see them float away. I lost two last year. One went in the direction of Lincolnshire, where they probably either tried to make love to it, or ate it, or both,( strange dudes reside over there mate), one got shot by an idiot..............me. kent
If the weights bother you use less and bury them a spade depth into the mud perhaps? Non weighted keels are also a boon. I think the OP was asking about flat foam deeks though and those weigh significantly less than most full body geese and take up less space in the bag, I might stand corrected but that's the way I read things
anthonychez
I know someone that uses them with success he takes half a dozen out on a flight everynow and then, they can easily stuff into a rucksack. deffinatly worth having a few about you. Saying that i dont have any myself.
shakin stevens
I've got pinkfoot Chris green deeks,I do like them, they are easy to carry and setup, just watch the paint work you have look after them, I keep them in the plastic sleeves they came in so they don't rub together.
