Blunderbust
If you were going up there Will you would be better using either Clunie Clays or Auchterhouse , both have great facilities and are not far away from Luchars . shaun4860
For Sporting and if its not to far out of your way then try Bisley @ Braidwood Really good sporting ground, nice facilities and friendly staff
Will Poon
I'll have to give Bisely a bash one day but it's a bit far from where I'm staying, I'm closer to Dundee so Auchterhouse is only a short drive away

grrclark
Cluny Clays is about 40 mins south of the Tay bridge, nice place with good facilities and best for sporting, all on Claymate system and clays will be 26p each for a guest, my local ground. Never been to either, but there is a good clay ground at Dunkeld in the grounds of the Hilton hotel, about 40 mins north west of Dundee and there is the shooting school at Gleneagles, about 40 mins west of Dundee. Auchterhouse you know about already. http://www.hiltondunkeld.com/top-recommended-things-to-do-in-perthshire/resort-hotels-in-perthshire/clay-pigeon-shooting-in-perthshire.html http://www.gleneagles.com/activities/shooting
