You know me kent,im carefull with my money not tight:-P. Got told I can change the bits in it and use on the 308. Im not that happy with the rcbs competition seaters anyway, I borrowed one for the 308 today and got a different c,o,l every time with the vernier, I understand that oal dosent matter that much its just the Shape differences in the heads, and the die is really a micrometer.but it really annoys me As im striving for perfection this time.

Get an LE Wilson Bullet seater for the thing then, you cannot better them- don't fret over the mic. thing on one of those just get it set and leave be. what are you then going to do buy another .223 die?
