ben90
I've got some load data but not for my components, just wondering weather anybody else has data for my components. Components are cheddite 3.5" hull primed cx2000 Multi metal wad 3.5" 4mm powershot 20g filler Alliant 381 6pt crimp Any help with this would be gratefully recieved
motty
I have just bought another hevi shot manual, but is mainly for American components, and all using sam1 wads. I'm sure clay and game would have some recipes for what you have. Failing that, order some components from gaep and use the recipes for the yank stuff. Yesterday I loaded a few 40 gram heavyweight shot loads using New 3" cheddite cases. They turned out very well. shakin stevens
Think it's best course to go Motty, 381 didn't pattern well with power shot, it's more suited for steel, I would look at hevi shot data and buy yank components.
wigeon jim
Don't push power shot or hevi shot to fast, works great with 381 or steel powder if you keep it under 1300 fps, Jim.
ben90
Yeah got load data from clay and game but they haven't listed any loads for components I've got.
shakin stevens
It's like baking a cake make sure you can get all the ingredients before you start! clay and game data has never really been tested in the field he just made it up and proofed it, some of the data is complete rubbish.
