nicholiath
lovexS065 powder I am looking to load some rounds with 125gn bullets for my 30.06. I have lovex load data for S065 from 150gn bullet 53.2gn to 57.1gn max There is no data for any powder below 150 gn bullet for 30.06. What would be a safe min and max for the 125gn bullet with SO65 powder?
phaedra1106
Try a simple Google search for 30.06 125gr bullet loads. Lyman 48th edition says 55.0g of IMR4320 is best with this weight. My Nosler book says RL7 is best. Sierra says 53.1 of Varget is best for accuracy with their bullet #2120 Light load for target shooting - 48.5 gr. IMR-4895, WLRP, 125 gr. Sierra. Or for specific Lovex data try an email to Pavol Baka at Explosia.czpropellants@explosia.cz

saddler
Zthanks phaedra I have emailed explosia on two different email addresses a few days ago but had no reply There's the main reason for the delay...unless you e-mailed them in Czech? Took me MONTHS (& about four attempts) to get a reply from an Israeli ammo firm. Edited July 12, 2014 by saddler
