Dougy
get youself some cloths, or dusters, lay your cases on them spray with degreaser or electro cleaner and roll them on the cloth, it cleans off the carp and evaporates leaving them carp free. Well thats what i do any way You'll be there all day wiping each one with a tissue you know rubbing each case like that you will start to have i kind of relationship with your cases thats unhealthy

I've got an ultrasonic cleaner but haven't used it yet I don't have a tumbler yet so I wash mine with a dot of fairy liquid then rinse them leave to dry job done. If your in a rush your mrs hair dryer speeds up the drying proses lol

hawkeye
I use a thumbler tumbler to clean mine and after resize just stick them in again for a few minutes to clean lube of them.. Then spread on a tray and stick in the oven at the lowest setting till they are dry... My tumbler is water and steel pins with a drop of washing up liquid and a drop of finish shine that you put in the dishwasher.. Never had cases this clean.. fieldwanderer
If in doubt, a little car screenwash on a tissue should ensure you've removed all lube from your brass but you wouldn't normally need to go to those lengths
