steve_b_wales
I use Google Chrome to 'surf the net', but after checking a few sites out, my browser is now Astromenda. How do I get it back to Chrome?
lexikia
Go into internet options and change it. easy. Either through control panel or the settings icon in the top right hand corner of the browser, little house then a star and then settings icon. I went to the Control Panel, but Google Chrome was listed as the main browser, so I changed it to 'about.blank' and it's now okay. Thanks. bruno22rf
You need to find and delete the other browser-if you didn't install it deliberately then it most likely came hidden in something that you downloaded. The browser that you mention is a virus. steve_b_wales
Okay. I'll run malwarebytes now. Now sorted. I found out that the 'virus' got into my computer when my wife was told to try Movietube, for films.
